Release and Waiver of Liability — Event Shuttle Transportation
In consideration of being permitted to use the event shuttle transportation services provided by I Drive Y'all Ride, LLC ("the Company"), I, the undersigned passenger, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability.
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that use of shuttle transportation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, sudden stops, slips, trips, and falls while boarding, riding, or disembarking, and injuries caused by the conduct of other passengers. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release of Claims
I release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, drivers, employees, contractors, agents, and the event host from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and liabilities arising from my use of the shuttle service, except those caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims brought by third parties arising out of my conduct during the shuttle service.
4. Passenger Conduct
I agree to wear a seatbelt at all times while the vehicle is in motion, to follow all reasonable instructions from the driver, and to conduct myself in a lawful and non-disruptive manner. I understand the driver may refuse or terminate service for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
5. Personal Belongings
I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten items.
6. Photo & Video Release
I grant the Company permission to use photographs or video in which I may appear, taken during the event, for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.
7. Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Company to call 911 and cooperate with emergency responders. I understand drivers are not medical professionals.
8. Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hays County, Texas. I waive any right to participate in a class action.

I acknowledge the Company's full Terms & Conditions of Service apply to this ride and are available at idriveyallride.com/terms-and-conditions. This waiver supplements — it does not replace — those terms.
10. Acknowledgment
I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I am at least 18 years of age, or I am the parent/legal guardian of a minor passenger and sign on their behalf.
